Patterning
This class covers everything to do with patterning on the main bed of the machine using a punch-card, plus intarsia. If you have a computer knitting machine, all classes are still applicable. Starting with an introduction to each stitch, techniques covered are tuck stitch, miss stitch, fairisle, single motif, intarsia, punch lace, tuck lace, lace using the lace carriage and weave stitch.

Who this is for
This class is for students that already have some knowledge of, and experience with machine knitting. All techniques will be demonstrated on both Silver Reed (Singer, Studio, Empisal) and Brother (Knit King) machines.

What do you need
A knitting machine with patterning capabilities (either punch-card or computer). Depending on your machine type, you may also need to acquire an intarsia carriage and/or lace carriage. And some yarn - at least two colors, ideally more.
